My client is looking for a Project Engineer with strong leadership to drive activities involving. My client is acting as an integrator, with a lot of interactions between the different parties, leadership, and focusing on results are very important.

The candidate would need to have experience in aerospace, and Nacelle hardware (Thrust Reverser, Apron, Fan Cowl Doors etc.) The candidature would need to have strong experience in MRB (Material Review Board), CAB (Corrective Action Board – driving reduction of Non-Conformity), and composite manufacturing/repair (as most of the Hardware is in composite). Some experience in Quality System would be a plus.

The candidate will be involved in processing Non-Conformities submitted by our suppler with the objective to get them approved by the customer interfacing with the three companies. The candidate will also work on improving the quality of the Hardware in using the Non-Conformities raised as vehicle, participating to CAB activities and work on manufacturing processes to understand where the defects are, and how they can be corrected. The position could require second shift and week-end coverage (still need to be defined). The candidate would be located in Tulsa, with potential travels to Savannah (could be 2 weeks travels).
