Overall Responsibilities:

Like a diligent detective, your responsibilities are to uncover outdated contact details and look for new ways to get in touch with creators and artists. As the first point of contact over telephone or email, you will be responsible for communicating program offerings and growth opportunities, and scheduling meetings on behalf of the team.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

· Review and source channels to work with the Partnerships Team

· Represent the Partnerships team as creators initial point of contact and communicate program offerings

· Schedule follow-up calls/meetings between creators and the Partnerships team

Required Skills:

· College education preferred, strong candidates with High School diploma only may be considered

· Self-starter, attention to detail and able to juggle multiple work streams at once

· External-facing customer interaction experience via customer support or sales

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Exceptional planning and time management skills and attention to detail

· Social media savvy

· Experience with Salesforce CRM Proficient in MS Office

· Ability to speak and write in Portuguese fluently and idiomatically
