Looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead a group of lithography engineers with the objective of improving quality, yields and production capacity. She/he will be a member of a process engineering team and support development and manufacture of surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and develop team of lithography engineers and technicians
• Develop and implement key performance metrics/goals for engineering staff and processes
• Develop and support lithography and dry film lamination processes for SAW manufacture
• Interface with yield engineering ,equipment engineering and other process/development engineering groups to optimize process flow, equipment performance and manufacturing recipes
•  Work with design engineers and suppliers to improve device manufacturability and equipment in order to facilitate the manufacturing process, reduce its manufacturing costs and improve yields
• Apply design for manufacturing, design for assembly, design for cost techniques to next generation products
•  Implement process control, including SPC for high volume production
• Execute design of experiments and process FMEAs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
• Minimum 10 years of management experience in lithography or dry film lamination
• Experience in process/technology development and ramp up of new products
• Ability to resolve complex problems with simple and timely solutions
• Ability to work with and train technicians and operators
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment in which flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success
