Change Manager JD :
Tasks
o Anticipating the changing business requirements of Client.
o Maintaining high level of process awareness in client organization.
o Garnering high level of trust from business to ensure that they follow the lead for change management policies.
o Sponsorship, design, and continual improvement of the process and its metrics.
o Maintaining the list of Preapproved changes
o Ensuring that all changes must be recorded, risk assessed, categorized, prioritized, planned, tested, evaluated, released, documented and reviewed in a controlled and standard manner.
o Responding to RFCs from entire Client IT.
o Holding and chairing CAB and ECABs meetings as appropriate.
o Following the organization's policies.
o Collecting necessary information from CABs to authorize changes.
o Issuing Change schedules in relation to each IT service and holds all necessary stakeholders updated.
o Managing Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs).
o Producing and distributing appropriate management reports.
o Managing Service Improvement Plans (SIPs).
Personnel
o Understanding the full scope of the Change Management process.
o Ensuring that all your co-workers in projects understand and follow all procedures they are involved with.
o Ensuring any disagreements with have the opportunity to become RfCs.
o Leading, motivating and supporting the Change Management team.
Reporting
o To Cross Functional SS Manager (To ensure optimal process interaction)
o To Service Owners(via CAB) (To improve all change decisions and change implementations)
Authority
o As Change Authority, define what level of changes, are acceptable based on impact, type, size, resources, risks and organization’s IT and Change management policies.
o Escalation of changes outside the scope of the process to appropriate stakeholders. 
o Emergency Changes should always have the goal of being tested before implementation. Consult with ECAB as appropriate.
